We charge a mobile service call fee for on-site estimates and diagnostics. This fee also applies to any warranty work. It includes one hour of diagnostic time. If the issue is resolved within that hour, the customer will be informed. Parts and sales tax are additional costs. After the first hour, a flat rate will be charged for each additional task, as detailed in our hourly rates. While we do not have trip fees, customers outside our service area will incur such a fee unless otherwise stated. All fees must be paid at the time of service. Special orders, such as parts that need to be ordered or rush shipping, will incur extra, non-refundable fees.
Our flat hourly labor rate is $174.00. We are not only RVTI/RVIA Certified but also hold a license to service LP Gas Appliances for RVs in Florida. Additionally, we possess a Motor Vehicle License, which authorizes us to conduct oil changes on RV drivables (limited to Gas or Mercedes Sprinters). This certification enables us to carry out brake services on RV towables within Florida. As a Mobile RV repair service, we often address this inquiry: all companies must have the appropriate licensing to work on LP Gas systems, brakes, and to perform oil changes on RVs as mandated by FDACS in Florida. Parts & materials used for approved repairs are subject to additional charges plus tax. Jobs are typically billed at a flat rate according to the industry-standard RV mechanics guide known as "Spader." This standard flat rate is charged per job, not by the actual time spent on each task, mirroring the method used by mechanic shops or RV dealership service departments, with the convenience of servicing your RV on-site. There are no trip fees unless the service is outside our designated area. Payment for all fees is due at the time of service. RV101 is billed at an hourly rate, with prices varying depending on the RV and the duration requested by the customer.
The on-site hourly rate applies to all after-hours and weekend calls that are not scheduled during our regular business hours. Sales tax, parts, and materials are not included in this rate. Please be aware that rush or expedited charges may be incurred for parts needed for quick repairs. Charges for expedited parts and shipping are non-refundable. Parts that need to be ordered are treated as special orders. Additional trip fees may be assessed based on the customer's location at the time of the emergency call. The cost is $348.00 for the first hour and $174.00 for each subsequent hour.

A stable internet connection is beneficial for Facetime consultations. The fee is $79.95 for the initial half-hour, followed by $32.95 for each subsequent half-hour increment.
Our washing service pricing includes all labor and materials needed to clean your camper from road grime, roof gunk, and debris. Our technician employs various methods, such as handwashing and soft power washing, to eliminate stubborn dirt. The provided estimate covers basic RV washing only. If your location lacks a water supply, our technician can supply water; please indicate this when booking your service. Extra fees may be incurred if your RV has not been cleaned for a prolonged period and shows significant algae or road grime build-up. For a precise estimate, we need photos of the RV prior to the appointment if there is considerable accumulation. This will be reflected in the cost. Our standard RV wash service is offered solely during the Spring and Summer months. To arrange your RV's next wash, please reach out to us. We do not provide waxing services currently.

The installation rate for high-end A/C models, such as multi-zoned, top-down mounted units, or complete brand changeovers requiring rewiring, is a flat $495.00 per unit. This includes labor, testing, and basic RV101. An environmental disposal fee is also covered. (A $40.00 discount applies if you opt to dispose of your old A/C unit). For clarity on the service needed, please inquire. *The price does not cover the A/C unit itself. Additionally, if an RV lacks a factory-level vent opening for the A/C, creating one is not included in this price. While it may be "prepped" for the A/C's electrical needs, creating an opening will incur charges at our hourly rate. For more details, consult with our technician.
Our mobile on-site oil change service provides labor, up to 7 quarts of synthetic oil, a filter, and covers disposal fees. In light of the current scarcity of conventional oil, we exclusively use synthetic oil. This service is available only for gasoline engines; we do not provide oil changes for diesel engines. Manufacturers recommend this service every 200 operating hours or 12 months to maintain extended life and trouble-free operation. Under certain conditions like camping in motor cross or camping in a dusty trail environment, oil changes should be done more frequently. To prevent wheel bearing failure in your travel trailer, it is advisable to repack the bearings every 8,000 miles or annually. For less frequent travelers with shorter trips, regular checks are recommended. Maintaining your RV's air conditioning in top shape is crucial in Florida. Our AC service includes disassembly, thorough inspection, vacuuming, and cleaning using a standard industry AC coil cleaner. We also inspect and clean drain pans, check filters, and provide essential tips on maintaining your AC's efficiency. The service encompasses all labor and materials. *Please note: Filters are not included. Taxes are additional. The service fee is a flat rate per AC unit, and any extra parts will incur additional charges.

This inspection service is an excellent choice for customers who wish to conduct a private, pre-purchase evaluation. It encompasses a thorough inspection of the RV, from top to bottom. The report includes appliance testing, serial numbers, roof and sealant examinations, and an assessment of the unit's overall condition, providing peace of mind prior to negotiation and purchase. The presence of the customer and the RV's owner/seller is required on-site. Water, propane, and electrical hookups must be available. The inspection takes 3-4 hours, and a trip fee may apply for locations outside the service area.
This annual service is for those customers who have purchased into the “Forever Warranty” program thru Naenwan and is required to be performed by a Certified RV Repair Technician.
