Service Policies, Rates & Bundles

We purchase all parts from local, reputable RV parts dealers. Due to issues with third party vendors and logistics, we do not install, or warranty customer purchased parts. Parts are pulled from local vendors and do have a small shipping charge for truck delivery. If you order a custom part for your RV, those are considered "Special Order" and are non-refundable. Special Order parts require a deposit upfront. Please see our "Shipping Policy" if you require expedited shipping.

USPS, UPS & FedEx have considerable issues with shipping on-time whether expedited or otherwise. Please keep this in mind if YOU request items be shipped by these carriers. USPS, UPS & FedEx shipments are considered "Expedited Shipping" and those costs are non-refundable. That means if you order a part to be installed from Happy Camper and request expedited shipping and the part is delayed for any reason on USPS, UPS, or FedEx behalf, the part is yours regardless of any issues. 

Warranty Work is accepted. All warranty claims are subject to authorization. We are not affiliated with any manufacturer or dealer. We work warranty claims as a customer courtesy. Manufacturer warranty applies on parts and will vary depending on manufacturer. Most manufacturer warranties do not cover initial diagnostic fees and extended warranties are dependent on the policy you were sold. It is solely at the discretion of the warranty companies to cover any claims placed on your behalf.

We charge $150/hour for on-site estimates, diagnosis + applicable sales tax when parts and/or materials are used to complete any approved repairs. *Minimum 1-hour appointment required. Billing starts at arrival. General fees are explained before the day of your appointment.  All fees are required to be paid at time of service unless otherwise stated. Special parts required and/or rush shipping are considered "Special Orders" and incur addtional fees that are non-refundable.

On-site hourly rate for all after-hours and/or weekend calls not otherwise scheduled during our normal operating business hours. Sales tax, parts & materials are additional. Please note rush or expedited charges may apply on any parts that are required for quick turn repairs. Expedited parts/shipping on orders are non-refundable. Additional trip fees will be accessed dependent on customer location at time of emergency call.

Price reflects sizes up to 19' Awning vinyl replacements. 3-ply heavy-duty vinyl. 3-year manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated. Price includes awning, labor (2 installers) & ground shipping. 6 colors available. *Price subject to change if awning lights are located on awning fabric or on awning track. Price does not reflect premium poly-weave awnings or metal wrapped awnings. Expedited ship available (extra). Any additional parts are extra plus tax.

Beat the heat with our basic flat rate install for A/C units with inside mounting bolts and basic controls. Price is per unit and includes removal, replacement, testing & basic RV101 on keeping your AC in tip-top shape year around. Installation includes environmental disposal of old unit. (If you choose to dispose of your old unit, $50.00 discount will be applied). *Price does not include A/C. 

Any RV appliances that are condemned or replaced that contain potential hazardous materials will be subject to environmental disposal fees. These fees pay for any removal of item(s) and drop off fees to the environmental disposal facility. Typically, these fees are not covered by any warranty and are the responsibility of the customer at time of service. Fee is discussed BEFORE service. Fee is waived if customer disposes of appliance themselves or if manufacturer requires old appliance returned.

This A/C installation rate is for higher end A/C models such as multi-zoned units, top-down mounted units or complete brand swap overs that require rewiring etc. Flat rate is $450.00 per unit. Includes labor, testing & basic RV101. An environmental disposal fee is also included. (If you choose to dispose of your old A/C unit, a $50.00 discount will be applied). Please ask for details if you're unsure which service you will need. *Price does not include A/C. 

Manufactures recommend this service every 6 months or 3000 miles. Mobile on-site oil change service includes: labor, up to 7qts. of synthetic oil, filter and disposal. Due to the difficulties finding conventional oil, we have switched to all synthetic. *Gas engines only* We do not perform diesel engine oil changes.

Mercedes/Sprinter up to 14qts. (Mobile One) oil and filter changes will be $295.95. 

Give your RV a face-lift plus added protection with our cut-to-fit slide topper vinyl replacement material. Price includes materials and labor per slide. Tax not included. Customer must have existing slide-topper hardware that is in good working condition to qualify for this offer. Choice of black or white heavy-duty vinyl. *Excludes full wall slides, special metal wrapped slide toppers and custom vinyl colors. Price does not include hardware.

Manufacturers recommend this service every 200 operating hours or 12 months to maintain extended life and trouble-free operation. Under certain conditions like camping in motor cross or camping in a dusty trail environment, oil changes should be done more frequently. Service includes labor, oil, filter (where applicable) and environmental disposal. Any additional parts/labor will be an extra charge plus tax.

*Diesel generators are 159.95+tax.

To avoid wheel bearing failure on your travel trailer, it's recommended to have the bearings repacked every 10K miles or once a year. For those who take small, less frequent trips, recurrent checks recommended. Price includes labor, inspection, new seals, clean & repack existing bearings. *During inspection if any parts are found damaged, those part will be extra. Service not for motorhomes. 

Keeping your RV AC in good working condition in Florida is a priority. Schedule for our AC service which includes disassembling, inspection, vacuuming, and cleaning with an industry standard AC coil cleaner. Inspect and/or clean drain pans, check filters and a little RV101 on keeping your AC in good working condition. All labor & materials included. *Note: Filters are extra. Cost does not include tax. This service is a flat fee per AC unit. Any additional parts are extra. 

This inspection is a great option for customers to inspect before you buy on a private level. Service includes a comprehensive inspection of RV from top to bottom. Detailed report provides appliance tests, serial numbers, roof, sealant inspections, and overall health of unit to give you some peace of mind before the negotiations & purchasing steps. Requires customers, owners/sellers of RV to be on-site. Water and electric hookup must be supplied. (approx. 3-4 hours)

Avoid trip issues by scheduling a comprehensive check of your RV and get you and your family road ready. Travel Trailers: check tires & pressure, wheel bearings & brakes. General checks: LP appliances, slide-outs & ACs. Other requests can be made at time of inspection. *Pricing is dependent on the type of towable or motorhome that is being inspected. Hourly rate is 150/hr. Tech will go over findings and make recommendations at time of appointment. Parts are extra $ plus tax. 

New to RV's or using your new camper? Let us walk you through basic need-to-know items before you go on your first camping trip! This is a perfect opportunity to get one-on-one knowledge from an industry guru. Get knowledge and great tips on things like "what to keep in your emergency kit" and a walk-thru of general operations such as: LP Gas appliance walk-thru, AC operations and general maintenance schedules. 1.5/hr. If parts are required, those will be extra plus tax.  

SPRING & SUMMER ONLY

$12.50/Linear foot. Includes labor & materials. This is for a basic RV washing only. No waxing is offered at this time. Use this service for mainly black streak removal and other dirt and road grime removal. We use industry standard materials & best practices for cleaning your RV. Customer must have water hook-up. *Motorhomes may require additional fees dependent on make and model. Call for details.
